The Old Station, Belmesthorpe
A+D Studio has been commissioned to undertake a planning study and prepare a planning application for a family house in the small village of Belmesthorpe near Stamford.
The proposal is for a four-bedroom family home with integral double garage extending to approximately 276 sqm floor area constructed on the site of the former Ryhall and Belmesthorpe railway station.
The residence has been designed to complement the existing village and combines traditional building materials with a modern twist.
