A+D Studio + 36-37 Furnival Street, London

A+D Studio was commissioned by Capital London to undertake a feasibility study for the conversion of a former office building into luxury apartments in Furnival Street in the City of London.

The proposal involves the provision of nine one and two bedroom apartments within the existing building each with lift access from street level and also the extension of the building up by one storey to create a three bedroom penthouse apartment with extensive views across the city.
