A+D Studio were commissioned in May 2009 to undertake a planning study and prepare a planning application for a substantial family house in the village of Ryhall, Rutland.

Following the preparation of a Phase 1 Habitat Survey and a full pre-application Flood Risk Assessment, a full planning application for a 590 sq m residence was submitted to Rutland County Council in August 2009.

The residence has been designed to complement the existing village landscape and combines traditional building materials with state of the art design.
